vinification : traditional with complete removal of stalks. fermentation and maceration with temperature control. aged for one year in french oak barrels.
tasting : intense ruby colour with garnet reflections. bouquet of black cherry, plum and liquorice. the taste is smooth and well structured with a lot of tannins. the finish is spicy with little minty flavour.
