vinification : soft pneumatic pressing. settling at low temperature. traditional vinification at low temperature to preserve the aromas.
tasting : crystal yellow color with some golden highlights. the nose is intense and dominated by notes of yellow-fleshed fruit (ripe apricot). roundness in the mouth, with ripe fruit flavors while retaining a touch of freshness.
