soil : clay and limestone.
cultivation : yield control and tillage by plowing, reasoned culture.
vinification : hand harvest. traditional vinification with complete removal of stalks. fermentation and maceration with temperature control. aged for 6 months in french oak barrels.
tasting : bright purple color. nose black fruits, blackcurrant and balckberry. the mouth is full and well structured with little red fruits and balck fruits flavours, and toasty notes.
ageing : 10 years.
