soil : clay and limestone.
cultivation : yield control and tillage by plowing, reasoned culture.
vinification : traditional vinification with complete removal of stalks. fermentation and maceration with temperature control. aged for 6 months in french oak barrels.
tasting : bright ruby color with purple reflections. the nose is dominated by spicy notes of black fruits, enhanced by a toasty note. the mouth is full and well structured with a generous finish, fruity and spicy.
ageing : 10 years.
