culture : ploughing of soils, yield 25 hectoliters / hectare cultivation. sustainable agriculture.
vinification : only made the very good vintages. traditional vinification with total de-stemming. fermentation and maceration with temperature control. matured for 18 months in french oak barrels.
tasting : ruby color with cherry highlights. the nose has hints of smoke, then develops aromas of black fruit and spices. the mouth is full with a strong structure with finesse, ripe fruit aromas.
ageing : 10 years.
